I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was top-notch, especially Mounir and Herbito who made the experience extra special with their excellent service and entertaining personalities. However, the noise from the busy restaurant above was a downside, and additional cleaning could have been better. The hotel was impeccably clean overall.
